Western TVET College is offering an Electrician Apprenticeship for 2025.

This opportunity is aimed at unemployed youth who have completed N6 in Electrical Engineering and want to gain practical experience in the electrical field.

Who Can Apply?

You must:

  • Have completed Report 191/NATED N6 in Electrical Engineering
  • Be between 18–35 years old
  • Be currently unemployed
  • Live in Gauteng
  • Applicants who studied at Western TVET College will be given preference

Documents Needed (Certified within 6 Months)

  • Updated CV
  • Two certified colour copies of your ID
  • Matric certificate
  • N6 certificate or official statement of results (Electrical Engineering)
  • Signed and stamped academic transcript
  • Affidavit confirming you are unemployed
  • Affidavit stating you are not part of any SETA-funded programme
  • Proof of banking (confirmation letter from your bank)
  • SARS letter showing your tax number
